Clearly, it’s not over till it’s over or whatever ‘Wahenga’ said. If there’s one band I wasn’t sure would ever make a comeback is In Oath, but yooh, they surprised us all with that announcement.

I had a really beautiful conversation with Young Mwanzia and Chris Lilako to discuss their comeback and the future of inOath;

At what point did you say it is time and what inspired the return?

Young Mwanzia: out of all the bands I have been part of inOath meant a lot to me, so after about 10 years of not doing music together, I reached out to Chris and he agreed. I was inspired by the love music, passion and Chris songwriting skills.

Chris: I would say perfect timing, when Young reached out I was in a good space to do this again, inspired by the love for music and memories.

The Bread of Disposition is now available on all streaming platforms but where is Eulogy?

For now, enjoy bread of disposition, we might work on compilation of inOath’s work and some new stuff as well, you guys aren’t ready.

Here is one thing most people don’t know about Eulogy, it was produced at Andromeda by Stano in 2011.

What are the chances of seeing inOath live?

The chances are very high.

This is just the shortest version of the long, sweet conversation I had with the guys, I will let their work tell the rest of the story.

All I can say is the future of #Kenyanmetal is brighter than ‘nganya’ disko
